HIROSHIMA Introduces a portable, battery operated Moisture Meter for measuring moisture percentage in cotton / staple fibre / polyester. It operates on the principles of definite relation.
The construction of the Trash Analyser is similar to a carding machine used in Textile Mills which stimulates the separation of foreign matters from the cotton as carding machine performs in the production line .
The HIROSHIMA Stelometer is used to check for the possible adverse effects of certain fibre preparation methods and to ensure that the dyeing process does not harm the fibres.
Quick measuring is ensured by a banked air box damping device. The most suitable range for Textile Industry is 0 5 10 mg with 500 divisions, least count : 0.01 mg
This Instrument is designed to measure silver and rovings to determine hanks. The drum circumferences is 1 yard / meter with 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 width which facilitates roving bobbins from 8 to 16 lift respectively.
